Terms of sale
1. Scope
These terms govern sales made on hospitalityprint.online by Organizen (SASU, RCS Thonon-les-Bains 932 373 228, 2 Chemin de Thony, 74500 Evian-les-Bains, France).
2. Products
Every item is printed after the order is placed. Nothing is held in stock. The visuals shown are the motifs actually printed; the finished piece may vary slightly with the material.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars on this English shop and in euros on the French shop. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code. Shipping is calculated at checkout and added to the listed price.
4. Order and payment
Payment is by card through Stripe Payments Europe. Organizen never has access to card data. The order is firm once payment is confirmed.
5. Lead time and shipping
Every item is made after the order: nothing sits in stock waiting to ship. The full lead time, production included, runs five to ten business days depending on the piece and the destination. Large mounted formats (roll-up banners, stretched canvas) take a few days longer.
It breaks down like this: the print file is prepared in the workshop on the business day after payment, production takes two to five business days depending on the piece, then shipping two to five business days. The estimated date is in your order confirmation; carrier tracking goes out when the parcel leaves.
These are estimates, not day-precise commitments. Under French consumer law (articles L216-1 and following), if the order has not been delivered within thirty days of payment, the buyer may, after a formal notice left unanswered, cancel the sale and be refunded in full within fourteen days.
Shipped from the European Union to the countries listed at checkout. Customs duties outside the European Union are paid by the recipient.
6. Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled free of charge as long as production has not started. Because the work order reaches the workshop as soon as payment is confirmed, write as fast as you can to contact@hospitalityprint.online with your order number. We reply telling you whether the stop went through; if it did, the refund is issued within fourteen days to the original payment method.
Past that point cancellation is no longer possible: the item is personalised to your own specification and production is under way. This takes nothing away from the guarantees in section 8, nor from the right of withdrawal in section 7 where it applies.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason, under French consumer law. Return shipping is at the customer's expense; refunds are issued within fourteen days of receiving the item back.
Exception: personalised runs made to the customer's own specification (a venue name, a supplied motif) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Items from the standard Trade collection are not excluded.
8. Faulty or wrong items
Any item that arrives faulty, wrong or damaged is replaced or refunded at no cost. Send a photo to contact@hospitalityprint.online within fourteen days of delivery.
9. The Studio artwork: what you get
Artwork created in the Studio is produced by an automated tool from the description you write. No human hand draws it. Two consequences, said plainly.
It is not exclusive. A similar description may give another customer a similar result. If uniqueness matters to your venue, write a description that belongs to you: a dish, a room, a material, a color that are yours alone.
No copyright attaches to it. Under French law, an image produced without human creative input is not a work: neither you nor Organizen becomes its owner. What you buy is the printed items, and the right to use that artwork as you see fit for your venue, commercially included, with no limit of time or territory, and with no obligation to credit Organizen. We claim no exclusivity over it and forbid you no lawful use of it.
The preview shown in the Studio carries a watermark. It is there to show, not to print: it is deliberately low resolution and marked. The print file is remade in the workshop with no mark at all, from the very same settings, and only after the order.
The rest of the site (copy, product photography, catalogue, code) remains the property of Organizen and may not be reused without written consent.
10. What you warrant about your request
You alone are responsible for what you ask the Studio for and for anything you send us. By ordering, you warrant that your request infringes no third-party right: registered trademark, logo, fictional character, graphic or photographic work, a person's image or name, protected designation.
Also excluded: hateful, defamatory, violent or pornographic content, anything involving minors, and anything unlawful under French law.
Organizen may refuse or stop an order, without compensation, where the artwork appears to infringe a third-party right or the law. Should a third party bring a claim connected to your request, you hold Organizen harmless from every consequence, defence costs included.
11. Using what we print: display, public space, advertising
We print; we do not check that your use of the print is compliant. The rules below are French and local, and they change. If you display outside France, the equivalent rules of your own country apply and you should check them before you post anything.
Outdoor display. Signage, pre-signage and outdoor advertising are governed by the French environmental code (articles L581-1 and following) and by each municipality's local advertising regulation. A prior declaration or the mayor's authorisation is often required, with a further authorisation in protected areas. Fly-posting on street furniture, on walls or on someone else's window is an offence.
Alcoholic drinks. The Evin law (article L3323-2 of the French public health code) strictly limits which media may carry alcohol advertising and requires the health warning.
Food advertising. Advertising for food or drink must carry one of the health messages set out in the order of 27 February 2007, or pay the contribution due instead.
Menus and price display. Displaying prices, meat origin and the fourteen allergens (EU regulation 1169/2011) remains compulsory in food service. A menu printed by us does not exempt you from any of it.
Garments and objects. A branded garment or object travels outside your venue: the same respect for third-party rights applies to it.
This list is not exhaustive and does not replace advice from a qualified lawyer.
12. Complaints
Write to contact@hospitalityprint.online. European consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
13. Governing law
French law applies.
